What happens after the 14 days?
We charge the plan you picked, plus any add-ons you kept, on day 15. Cancel before then and you're never charged.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, up or down. Changes prorate against your next bill.
Is my domain included?
Yes. Every plan includes at least one custom domain and one mailbox, with no separate registrar bill.
What if I only need one extra feature?
Add it by itself. Add-ons bill with your plan, monthly or yearly, and you can switch them on or off from your account.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever.
I'm on an older SimpleUpdates plan. What happens to me?
Your site keeps running exactly as it is, on the plan and price you're on now. Nothing changes until you choose to move.
When you do move to the new platform, you'll pick one of the plans above. For most people that's close to what they pay today — Basic is $24 and includes a domain and a mailbox, which older plans billed separately. If you sell online, the store is a $20 add-on, and it replaces whatever you're paying a third party for a storefront today.
We'll walk you through it, and we'll tell you what your new bill looks like before anything changes.
